Local file overwrite via extraction symlink following

Link following in cthackers adm-zip 0.5.9 through 0.6.0 allows local users to overwrite files outside an extraction root. Utils.writeFileTo opens a sanitized destination with fs.openSync in write mode without rejecting a preexisting symbolic link, so extraction follows the link. Exploitation requires overwrite mode and control of a link inside a shared, reused, or predictable destination; the write is limited by the extracting process's file permissions.
