Browser redirection via undisclosed URL handling
Published Sep 29, 2026 · Updated Sep 29, 2026
Open redirect in HPE OneView before 11.40 allows remote attackers to send a browser to an external site through a crafted URL. HPE identifies a remotely exploitable URL redirect but has not publicly described the affected endpoint, input parameter, or redirect-validation operation. A browser must request an attacker-influenced URL for the redirection to occur; the available account does not establish direct data access or code execution.
