Buffer overflow in an API endpoint in HPE Aruba Networking EdgeConnect SD-WAN Gateways allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. HPE identifies an API-endpoint buffer overflow but has not disclosed the endpoint, input field, or unsafe memory operation. Administrative privileges and network access to the API are required; affected releases span 9.4.0.0 through 9.4.8.2, 9.5.0.0 through 9.5.8.1, 9.6.0.0 through 9.6.3.1, and 9.7.0.0.
