Unauthenticated SQL injection via concatenated DeptIDList input

SQL injection in Jinher OA 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary database queries through the DeptIDList parameter. UserSel.aspx concatenates the supplied department list directly into an SQL command without validation or parameterization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the application database account bounds the resulting ability to read or alter data.
