Unauthenticated administrative access via web authentication bypass
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 22, 2026
Authentication bypass in HPE Networking EdgeConnect SD-WAN Orchestrator 9.4.0 through 9.7.0 allows remote attackers to gain administrative access. The web management interface fails to enforce existing authentication controls, but HPE does not identify the affected requests or checks. Exploitation requires user interaction but no authentication; successful access grants administrator privileges and can compromise the host.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=9.4.0 <=9.4.10
- Affected versionversion=9.5.0 <=9.5.8
