Unauthenticated administrative access
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026
Authentication bypass in HPE Networking EdgeConnect SD-WAN Orchestrator allows remote attackers to gain administrative privileges via its API. HPE identifies the API as the affected locus but does not disclose which endpoints or validation operation improperly accepts unauthenticated requests. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants administrative control leading to complete compromise of the Orchestrator host.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=9.4.0 <=9.4.10
- Affected versionversion=9.5.0 <=9.5.8
- Affected versionversion=9.6.0 <=9.6.3
