Service interrupt via dtdCopy entry over-read

Out-of-bounds read in libexpat's DTD-copying logic allows attackers to crash affected XML-processing applications via crafted external-entity input. In dtdCopy, hash entries for defaultAttForName are allocated as sizeof(NAMED) even after defineAttribute and storeAtts expect the larger NAME_AND_DEFAULT_ATTRIBUTE layout, so storeAtts reads attIndex past each entry and can follow a wild pointer. Upstream states the bad commit reached only unreleased master and downstream trees that backported the earlier incomplete fix, so official Expat release tarballs through 2.8.3 are not affected unless a distributor imported that backport.
