Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped shortcode output

Stored XSS in Cozmoslabs Profile Builder 3.3.4 through 4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via the format-date shortcode. The shortcode returns its formatted date output without escaping attacker-controlled markup, which persists and executes when affected content is viewed. Contributor access and explicit shortcode enablement are required; viewing crafted content runs the stored script in the viewer's session, including an administrator session.
