Cross-user history deletion via check-after-delete

Improper access control in the experiment history REST API in Splunk AI Toolkit before 6.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to delete another user's history. The deletion handler removes experiment-history records before it verifies that the caller may delete the associated experiment, so a crafted REST request can erase another user's history data first and fail authorization afterward. Exploitation requires a valid Splunk account that lacks the admin or power role and is bounded to integrity impact; published records describe unauthorized deletion, not broader experiment takeover or code execution.
