CVE-2026-76392Network attack vector

Container credential disclosure via predictable defaults

Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026

Hard-coded credentials in Splunk AI Toolkit before 6.0.0 allow remote authenticated users to obtain container service credentials. The app generates or stores credentials for connected container services using predictable or hard-coded default values. A Splunk account below the admin and power roles is sufficient, exposing credentials that permit access to the connected services.
