CVE-2026-76376Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via unmasked action parameter

Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026

Information disclosure in Splunk AWS IAM App for Splunk SOAR before 2.1.9 allows remote authenticated users to view AWS credentials. The connector action manifest defines the credentials parameter as a string rather than a password, so the SOAR interface renders submitted secrets in cleartext. A role with permission to run an affected action is required, and exposure is limited to credentials supplied through that action.
