Arbitrary file write via log filename traversal

Path traversal in Automation Broker log uploads in Splunk SOAR before 8.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to write files outside the log directory. The upload path is built from the submitted log filename, and the handler does not neutralize traversal elements before writing the file under the broker log path. Exploitation requires the OnPrem Broker role and yields arbitrary file placement on the host with published integrity impact limited to low and no published confidentiality or availability impact.
