Code execution via REST API path traversal

Path traversal in the REST API in Splunk SOAR before 8.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The vulnerable API accepts a caller-supplied file path from an account with no assigned role and fails to confine that path to the intended temporary directory before using it. The attack requires a valid account, but no assigned role, and reaches the SOAR host through the exposed REST API.
