User-context SPL execution via Analytics Workspace link

SPL injection in Splunk Enterprise before 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14 allows remote attackers to run user-context SPL via a crafted link. Analytics Workspace does not sufficiently validate attacker-influenced link data before using it to build and dispatch Search Processing Language searches. Exploitation requires phishing an authenticated user into opening the link on an instance with Splunk Web enabled, and the injected SPL is limited to data access and actions already permitted to that user.
