Arbitrary file deletion via unchecked FileName path

External path control in TOTOLINK N300RH Firmware 6.1c.1353_B20190305 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary device files. The setUploadSetting handler in upgrade.so reads FileName with websGetVar() and passes it to unlink() without validation or path restrictions. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the root-running web service permits deletion of critical device files.
