Unauthenticated reinstall takeover via unguarded install routes

Improper authentication in InnoShop 0.7.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to reinstall deployed stores through an exposed installation endpoint. InstallServiceProvider::boot registers the installation routes without checking the installation lock, letting /install/complete pass attacker input to Creator::setup. No account or user interaction is required; a successful request rewrites configuration, rebuilds the database, and creates an attacker-controlled administrator.
