Authenticated command execution via shell-interpolated folder path

Command injection in Kevin Leneway awesome-cursor-mpc-server 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. The runCodeReviewTool function in src/tools/codeReview.ts interpolates its user-controlled folderPath argument into a command passed to child_process.execSync, allowing shell metacharacters to introduce additional commands. Low-privileged access to invoke the MCP code-review tool is required, and injected commands run with the privileges of the Node.js server process.
