Authenticated command execution via shell-interpolated include paths
Published May 2, 2026 · Updated May 2, 2026
Command injection in crazyrabbitLTC mcp-code-review-server 0.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands through crafted include paths. The executeRepomix function joins untrusted includePaths entries and interpolates them into a command string passed to child_process.exec, allowing shell metacharacters to alter execution. Low-privileged access to the RepoMix handler is required, and injected commands run with the server process's privileges.
