Code execution via disabled plugin signing

Improper signature verification in the stigmem-node package in Eidetic Labs Stigmem before 0.9.0a2 allows attackers to execute unsigned plugin code. A single configuration flag disables plugin signature enforcement, so the loader accepts untrusted plugins without the second explicit acknowledgment added in 0.9.0a2. Exposure depends on that override being enabled and plugin directories being writable by less-trusted users; under those conditions, loaded plugin code runs in the service context.
