SQL injection via unquoted schema identifier

SQL injection in the Postgres backend in Eidetic Labs Stigmem before 0.9.0a2 allows attackers to execute unintended SQL via a crafted schema identifier. In node/src/stigmem_node/storage/postgres_backend.py, version 0.9.0a1 embeds self._schema into search_path connection options and CREATE SCHEMA IF NOT EXISTS with f-strings instead of identifier-safe quoting or validation. The published advisory states that this path treats schema as operator-controlled, so exposure depends on deployments that derive schema names from tenant, request, or other user input; a successful injection runs with the database privileges granted to the application.
