Command execution via unsanitized gleam depName

Command injection in the gleam manager in Mend.io Renovate before 40.33.0 allows authenticated attackers to execute code via depName values. In lib/modules/manager/gleam/artifacts.ts, the manager builds a single gleam deps update shell command from packagesToUpdate and appends each depName without shlex quote escaping. Exploitation requires write access to a repository that Renovate scans and a configuration path that triggers a Gleam dependency update; injected commands run with the same OS privileges as the Renovate process and can kill or fully compromise that host context.
