Arbitrary command execution via unquoted npm install arguments

Command injection in npm lock maintenance in Mend.io Renovate before 40.33.0 allows attackers to execute commands via crafted package names. In lib/modules/manager/npm/post-update/npm.ts, workspace names and generated package keys are appended to npm install updateCmd strings without shlex quote escaping, so shell metacharacters in overridePackageName-influenced input reach command execution. Exploitation requires repository write access and a malicious Renovate configuration during lock file maintenance, and the result is code execution on the machine running Renovate.
