Internal data exposure via LOAD CSV SSRF

Server-side request forgery in OpenCypher LOAD CSV in Arcade Data ArcadeDB before 26.8.1 lets remote authenticated users read internal HTTP resources. In LoadCSVStep.openRawInputStream(), the query's FROM URL is passed to URI.create(url).toURL().openStream() with no host, IP-range, or redirect validation, so the server fetches attacker-specified HTTP or HTTPS targets and returns CSV content in the query response. Any database account that can run Cypher queries can reach loopback, RFC 1918, or cloud metadata endpoints from the server's network position; the demonstrated impact is data disclosure rather than direct data modification or code execution.
