Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via path traversal
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
Path traversal in the upload API of Datiphy Data Management Center 8.3.0 through 8.5.1 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files. The endpoint accepts client-controlled relative or absolute path sequences without keeping the resolved destination inside the intended upload directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and file creation or replacement is bounded by the DMC process's filesystem permissions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
