CVE-2026-76148

Local code execution via unsafe Lua facilities

Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 26, 2026

Code injection in CorvusSKK before 3.3.4 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through malicious input processed by the IME. The embedded Lua runtime exposes attack-capable Lua facilities to injected script content, allowing that content to invoke code-execution behavior. Exploitation requires local access and active user interaction, and execution occurs with the privileges of the affected process.
