Hard-coded credentials in Yamaha VOCALOID6 6.13.1 and earlier allow remote attackers to impersonate the editor and access Yamaha servers. JPCERT/CC and Yamaha have not disclosed where the credentials are embedded or how the activation and content services validate them. No prior access or user interaction is required; successful use exposes data available to an authenticated editor, with no reported ability to modify data or interrupt service.
