ConvertKit form disclosure via missing capability check
Published Aug 22, 2026 · Updated Aug 22, 2026
Missing authorization in AutomatorWP 5.8.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retrieve configured ConvertKit form data. The automatorwp_convertkit_get_forms AJAX handler accepts a nonce exposed on every admin page and returns manager-configured forms without a capability check. Subscriber-level access to /wp-admin is sufficient; the documented consequence is read-only disclosure of integration details.
