Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated image URL

Server-side request forgery in JEECG JeecgBoot 3.9.0 and 3.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to access internal resources. The uploadImgByHttp endpoint passes the caller-controlled fileUrl through httpFileToMultipartFile to downloadImageData, which opens an HttpURLConnection before validating the downloaded file. An authenticated upload session is required; successful exploitation enables internal-service probing or retrieval of accessible cloud metadata through the application server.
