Database access via id parameter SQL injection
Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester Simple Online Food Ordering System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or modify data via the id parameter. The save_menu handler behind /admin/ajax.php?action=save_menu accepts the multipart form id field and uses it directly in SQL queries without validation or parameter binding, enabling boolean-based and time-based injection. The published proof of concept states that no login or authorization is required, so exposure depends on whether that admin AJAX endpoint is reachable to remote attackers.
