CVE-2026-76039Network attack vector

Sensitive data disclosure via incorrect reference resolution

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026

Information disclosure in Google Chrome before 151.0.7922.169 on Android allows remote attackers to read sensitive data via crafted HTML pages. Public sources identify the flaw only as incorrect reference resolution in the Core component; Google has not disclosed which reference is misresolved or what resource boundary the lookup crosses. Exploitation requires social engineering to make a target open attacker-controlled HTML content, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality loss rather than code execution or service interruption.
