Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated announcement attachment URLs

Server-side request forgery in JEECG JeecgBoot 3.9.0 through 3.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services. The announcement add endpoint stores attacker-supplied files URLs after checking only path traversal, and the download path passes them to HttpURLConnection without host or IP validation. Low-privileged access is required, and a later attachment download makes the server fetch internal services or cloud metadata and return content in a ZIP archive.
