Sandbox escape via unsandboxed bookmark parsing

Privilege elevation in Google Chrome before 151.0.7922.173 allows remote attackers to execute code outside the sandbox via a crafted file. The desktop ProfileImport utility calls ParseBookmarksUnsafe directly from BookmarksFileImporter and the Firefox default-bookmarks loader instead of using the isolated BookmarkHtmlParser service. Exploitation requires social engineering that causes a user to import the crafted file; successful execution escapes the browser sandbox.
