Unauthenticated site takeover via predictable fallback token

Authentication bypass in Next-Cart Store to WooCommerce Migration 3.9.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to access privileged handlers. NCWM_Kitconnect::run() accepts the predictable token fallback when nextcart_token is absent, exposing raw SQL and unlink operations. The condition follows noninteractive activation without a later wp-admin visit and enables administrator creation, arbitrary file deletion, and site takeover.
