Memory corruption via unchecked timestart strcpy

Stack-based buffer overflow in UTT HiPER 1200GW 2.5.3-170306 allows remote authenticated users to crash the device via timestart. The /goform/formGroupConfig handler copies the POST timestart value with strcpy into a stack buffer without a length check, so an oversized field overwrites adjacent stack memory. The published proof of concept uses an HTTP Digest-authenticated request to the management interface, so exposure depends on network reachability of remote administration and valid credentials.
