SSRF via malformed IPv6 normalization

SSRF in fast-uri 2.3.1 through 2.4.4, 3.0.0 through 3.1.5, and 4.0.0 through 4.1.2 allows remote attackers to reach private IPv6 hosts. The bracketed-IPv6 parser truncates invalid trailing text, normalizes the malformed host into a different valid address, and leaves the parse error unset. Exploitation requires an application to normalize attacker-controlled URLs before requesting, redirecting, routing, or enforcing host policy, enabling access to loopback, unique-local, or link-local destinations.
