Stored XSS via unescaped attachment fields

Stored XSS in JoomliC iCagenda 4.0.8 through 4.0.12 allows remote authenticated users to run script via crafted attachment fields. The frontend Submit an Event form stores the image and file fields as raw strings and later emits them into HTML attributes without output escaping. Exploitation requires the ability to submit an event, which is registered-only by default but can be exposed more broadly if administrators publish the form with public access; resulting script runs in the viewer's browser session and can steal data or perform actions available to that session.
