Network segmentation bypass via stale supplicant authorization

Incomplete cleanup in Arista EOS 4.36.1F allows remote authenticated users to retain network access after supplicant removal. A race in 802.1X host cleanup fails to remove the supplicant's authenticated state when clear dot1x host all runs, leaving authorization active. Exploitation requires authenticator mode, auto port control, ACL-based RADIUS authorization, an adjacent authenticated supplicant, and the administrative clear command; the stale state can bypass intended segmentation.
