Administrator access via exposed pairing credentials

Published Oct 16, 2026 · Updated Oct 16, 2026

Authentication bypass in Vulnity Security 1.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to gain administrator access via exposed credentials. The generated Nginx configuration protects the wrong directory, leaving the delegated-login pairing credential file accessible over HTTP. Exploitation requires an exposed credential file and enabled delegated login; the credentials permit forged signed REST requests that create an administrator session.
