Per-type ACL bypass via unbound principal

Authorization bypass in Arcade Data ArcadeDB before 26.8.1 lets remote authenticated users read or write restricted types via batch or time-series HTTP requests. AbstractServerHttpHandler.checkAuthorizationOnDatabase checks only coarse database access and never calls setCurrentUser, so LocalBucket.checkPermissionsOnFile executes on worker threads with no bound principal and skips per-type ACL enforcement. Exposure requires deployments that use per-type or per-group ACLs inside a database; environments that rely only on database-level access control are not affected.
