Authenticated BSF crash via non-/128 IPv6 prefix

Denial of service in the BSF component of Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the BSF process. The bsf_sess_find_by_ipv6prefix function asserts that ipv6Prefix is /128 instead of rejecting a syntactically valid shorter prefix. A low-privileged caller who can reach the HTTP/2 nbsf-management pcfBindings endpoint can reset the connection and terminate the service with exit code 139.
