Credential disclosure via inspected embedding-provider errors

Information exposure in Ash AI before 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read provider credentials through validation errors. AshAi.Changes.Vectorize passes inspect(error) into a plain-string changeset error, so AshJsonApi and AshGraphql return the unsanitized provider error to the caller. Exposure requires an HTTP-exposed vectorized resource and a provider failure triggered by malformed or oversized content; the response can reveal the request URL, provider body, and Authorization header.
