CVE-2026-7573Network attack vector

Authenticated ACL disclosure via unchecked cross-organization lookup

Published May 6, 2026 · Updated May 6, 2026

Authorization bypass in Rapid7 Velociraptor before 0.76.5 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' ACL policies. The GetUserRoles gRPC endpoint accepts caller-controlled Name and Org values and returns the selected user's roles and permissions without enforcing access to the target organization. A low-privilege account must know the target organization ID and username; disclosure is limited to roles and permissions that can identify high-privilege accounts.
