Process crash via off-by-one EVTX array parsing

Off-by-one parsing in Rapid7 Velociraptor before 0.76.5 allows local users to crash the client with a crafted EVTX file. The ConsumeUnit16Array and ConsumeUnit64Array functions apply an incorrect array boundary while the parse_evtx VQL plugin consumes 16-bit or 64-bit units from attacker-controlled EVTX data. Exposure requires an artifact that parses EVTX files; processing the crafted file terminates the client process and reports the crash to the server.
