Redirect-rule manipulation via missing nonce validation
Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in WP-Redirection 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter redirect rules via a crafted request. The displayWPRedirectionManagementPage() function processes add, edit, and delete POST actions without a nonce field or nonce verification. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to submit an attacker-crafted request, after which redirect records can be created, modified, or deleted without consent.
