Unauthenticated code execution via cache path traversal

Path traversal in Vercel Next.js 13.4.0 through 15.5.23 and 16.0.0 through 16.3.2 allows remote attackers to execute code. The route-segment escaping helper omits literal backslashes, and the incremental filesystem cache joins attacker-controlled segments without verifying that the result remains beneath its cache root. Affected deployments use a Windows filesystem and the Pages Router or App Router without Cache Components; traversal can disclose the server-reference-manifest encryption key used to enable code execution.
