Authenticated arbitrary file overwrite via filename path traversal

Path traversal in OpenList before 4.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files through the SimpleHttp offline-download API. SimpleHttp.Run joins a filename parsed from an attacker-controlled Content-Disposition header to the task directory, then passes the cleaned path to os.Create without verifying containment. An account with PermAddOfflineDownload on any path can create, truncate, or replace files writable by the service process when the target parent directory exists.
