Published Jun 9, 2026 · Updated Jun 9, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in FolioVision FV Flowplayer Video Player 7.5.49.7212 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via comment text. When parse_comments is enabled, the plugin passes comment text through its Vimeo and YouTube link parsing path without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. An administrator must approve the crafted comment, and the script runs in a user's browser when the affected page is opened.
