Session compromise via inline onclick XSS

Stored XSS in Pandora 1.12.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser via crafted URL observables. In website/web/templates/observables_list.html, the Submit to Lookyloo control placed observable.value into an inline onclick JavaScript string, so crafted characters could break out of that string; the fix removed the argument, stored the URL in a data-url attribute, and read it through dataset in analysis.js. No account is required per the published CVSS vector, but a victim must click the affected control; successful exploitation can read browser-accessible data or trigger actions with the victim's Pandora session.
