Unauthenticated credential disclosure via dynamic method dispatch
Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026
Authorization bypass in Dylan Kuhn Geo Mashup 1.13.19 and earlier allows remote attackers to read stored plugin credentials. The template_redirect method converts the public geo_mashup_content query value into a GeoMashup method name and invokes any callable method without an authorization check or fixed allowlist. No WordPress account or user interaction is required; disclosed output includes Google Maps API keys and GeoNames service credentials.
