Authenticated command execution via remote /bridge spawn

OS command injection in OpenHarness before commit 438e373 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through /bridge spawn. The bridge command retains the default remote_invocable=True metadata, so the gateway forwards attacker-controlled text to BridgeSessionManager and create_shell_subprocess, which runs it with bash -lc. The sender must be accepted by a configured remote channel; commands run as the OpenHarness process user and can read or alter local files, credentials, workspace state, and repository contents.
